   This is a staple in my house! It helps relieve sore muscles and achey joints! I crochet and my hands tend to get cramped and achey after working on a piece for a while. I love the magnesium butter for these moments. Also, when I was recently ill and had bad body aches it helped relieve some of the discomfort from that! My kids ask for it when they have achey legs ( growing pains or just after a really active day). It’s a great product, worth every penny!!
