In our home we like to take Elderberry syrup in the Fall and Winter months to help boost our immune systems and ward off colds and the flu. There have been many studies showing how effective Elderberry is at preventing and shortening the duration of colds and flu, as well as being used tradtionally in folk remedies for ages. I've paired the Elderberries with other immune boosting roots, herbs, and berries like Astragalus, and Olive Leaf, Rose hips and Aronia berries for an incredibily effective and palatable syrup. It's become something we look forward to. The flavor and aroma flooding our memories of cozy times in previous years. I make small batches to ensure every single bottle is made to be of highest quality and always made with Aloha. My recipe has been tested in state labs for saftey. I know most folks have heard about Elderberries, but I want to quickly sum up the other heavy hitter herbs in this syrup that aren't as often talked about. Astragalus root, definitely up there on my top favorite herbs list. Incredible immune stimulant, as much as Elderberry in my opinion. It's gentle and has been used successfully for centuries. Olive leaf has also been shown to be a great immune booster, and is often used to aid with respiratory infections, it's antimicrobial and a must for this syrup. Aronia berries 😍 aronia berries have also been used for ages by indigenous people for illness and have been proven in modern day studies to be packed with vitamin C and contain anti viral properties, they also aid with digestion and as I'm sure we're all aware, if our digestive tract isn't performing we aren't properly absorbing. These herbs work incredibly well with each other and come together to create a powerhouse syrup for your most common wellness needs. All batches are crafted in a nickel free stainless steel pot.
